The Speak Up Award is an Interschool public speaking competition for Years 4, 5 and 6 students.
The annual competition provides students with the opportunity to research, structure and deliver speeches that not only require a depth of knowledge on their chosen topic, but also their ability to present and deliver the content using well-honed speaking skills.
Congratulations to Josephine Trichilo (6W) who represented St Peter’s Primary School in the Preliminary Finals.
Josephine thoroughly entertained the audience with her speech on the delicious chocolates – Ferrero Rocher.
Congratulations is also extended to Rhiannan Eva (6B) and Eva King (6M) who also represented St Peter’s at the Speak Up Awards in 2018.
